My career has always been rooted in a single, driving mission: helping people navigate complex systems so they can live better lives. For a decade, I dedicated myself to the field of education, where I learned that the most impactful work starts with a foundation of trust and a positive relationship. Whether I was working with students or colleagues, I found that people thrive most when they feel heard and supported.
Recently, I’ve transitioned into a new chapter, bringing that same heart for service to the State of Oregon within Medicare customer service. Navigating healthcare can feel like learning a foreign language, and I’m passionate about being the bridge that connects people to the resources they need.
Outside of work, you’ll usually find me exploring my passion for health and wellness. I believe that taking care of ourselves is the first step toward showing up fully for others. Whether I’m focusing on physical fitness or personal growth, I’m always looking for ways to foster wellness in every area of life.
